As you might know, Groupon actually evolved out of a website called "The Point," which enabled group action based on the concept of a "tipping point." By delaying action until enough people came together to have a real impact, The Point helped organize people to achieve a common goal.
This mentality of helping others is one we like to carry with us. And so this Monday, May 23, we'll be running a $15 for $35 Groupon at Stand Up To Cancer, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Proceeds from all purchases help fund groundbreaking cancer research that can get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives.
